Rob sez:  Highlight during a quick trip around the CF this morning were a pair of BLACK VULTURES–my first August record for the CF. After not seeing any at CF until a few years ago–I now have records for 8 months (Jan–May and Aug–Oct)

A briefly seen Cooper's Hawk seemed a bit early…

and the tall snag near the Scout Platform (which has hosted birds such as RB Grosbeak, OS Fly, Peregrine and RS Hawk)–is no longer after the rain-storm…
