The Big Dead-Fish Clean-Up

My wife and I counted at least 18 Common Nighthawks flying south over Lake Appert just after 7:20 p.m. last night.
I took the photo above on Aug. 28 last year — we are in nighthawk season.
Great job capturing a shot of common nighthawks. I think its an adult for it has brown feathers and there are some darker portion as well. What I adore about them is the white bar on its long wings that can be seen in flight.
