Bathing Beauties

Gloria Zollo, who lives near the Red-shouldered Hawk nest by the Celery Farm, took these shots of young Red-shoulders bathing in her backyard on June 21 around 6 p.m.  (Thanks, Gloria!)

  • Oh, wow!! [*runs out to get a bigger ceramic bowl to put out as the sidewalk “birdbath”…*] But really, that’s awesome. 🙂

    Fabulous pictures! I like to call these two young lads (I hear they are most likely males) Stiles and Kumar. Looks like they are having some wonderful adventures together!
