Nature Done Wright

Last week I wrote:

Saw these lovebirds through the window of an Allendale restaurant where a bridal shower was being held a while back.

Any idea what species these statuesque birds are? 

My guess: Some sort of swallow… Not sure they exist anywhere  except bridal showers and wedding cakes.

Other best guesses: Ginny Chucka suggested Green Swallow Love Birds, and Roselyn  Rauch's Stiff-necked budgies. (In whch case they might see a chiropractor.)
