My Latest Column: Bird Rescue
My latest column for The Record starts this way:
Last month, I took a little road trip with a Belted Kingfisher from Oakland, a baby American Robin from Hasbrouck Heights, and an Eastern Phoebe from Tuxedo Park.
It didn’t turn out exactly the way I wanted, but I am a richer person for the opportunity.
