Lillian Thomas Birthday Msgs a Hit!
Lillian Thomas, Celery Farm Butterfly Garden Master Gardener Emeritus, celebrated her 90th birthday yesterday (Friday).
Her husband Stiles initiated a birthday-card-writing campaign in her honor, and you'll be happy to hear she received at least 130 cards and e-mail greetings.
Stiles offers his thanks to all who wrote to Sis, and to The Town Journal and the Villadom Times for printing his letter about sending "his girlfriend of 72 years" a card on her 90th birthday.
Sis says thank you, too!
