Sunday’s Celery Farm Bird List

IMG_9666
Patty and I did a loop around the Celery Farm and had one amazing bird after another. The Cedar Waxwing was one of many just north of the Pirie/Mayhood Platform.

Highlight was that American Bittern.

Full list follows.  (Had all sorts of cool birds today as well from my window — Northern Harrier, Brown Creeper and a wide assortment of duckage, plus a few Am. Coots.

  • Do you know if there are any organized groups getting together this weekend? I haven’t been to the celery farm before, and hoping to go for the first time to take some nice pictures this weekend.
    Thanks,
    Dave
