Rough-leg at CF Yesterday!

The Hour on the Tower folks had a Light-morph Rough-legged Hawk during their count yesterday — apparently the first sighting at the Cf in three decades.

Great going!!

Folks on the Meadowlands First-Sunday walk near DeKorte Park had great looks at a light-morph as well. That hawk had been in the vicinity of the Kingsland Landfill since Friday. Link to a photo of that particular raptor is here. If anyone has a shot of the CF Rough-leg, I'd love to post…
