Semi-palmated Plover at the CF,with pic
Fred Weber found this Semi-palmated plover on the mudflats opposite the Pirie/Mayhood Platform at the CF yesterday morning and today.

Nice find by Fred. Quite rare at the CF–and especially in spring (only my 2nd spring record) Apparently Fred found the bird on Sat the 16th–and it was kind enought to stay thru Monday the 18th. No sign of it today.
