A friend found this egg in her backyard recently. That's a piece of cat food next to it, for scale.

Can you I.D the egg (or the cat food)?

I think I might know what the egg is, but not sure about the catfood. Our cats Jack and Jasper did not recognize either the egg or the kibble.
