Stiles Thomas, Celery Farm Marsh Warden Emeritus, Honored
Stiles Thomas, a World War II veteran and the man who was instrumental in saving the Celery Farm, was honored by the Borough of Allendale.
Marsh Warden Mike Limatola introduced Stiles, and Mike, Mayor Liz White and Borough Director of Operations Ron Kistner showed Stiles the bronze plaque that will be placed on a bench in Memorial Park.
A great job by all. Congratulations, Stiles! Richly deserved.
