    What a wonderful photo! How lucky he was to see them both and to get such a great comparison shot!

    I love both of them…the little green heron especially. Once, many years ago before I took pictures I saw a green heron spying on some baby snakes. I will never forget that scene. Obviously the baby snakes were in for trouble.
