Possible Leprechaun Sighting at Celery Farm
When I was selling calendars at the Celery Farm kiosk this morning with a few fellow Fykers, we noticed this small green shirt hanging there.
It seemed pretty clear, since the weather was muggy, that a leprechaun had left it there while he took a walk around the preserve.
To my disappointment, he had not returned by the time I had to leave. He would have been a "life" sprite for me, along with an Alux in the Yucatan and a Duende in Belize.
One of my fellow Fykers speculated the shirt may have been left by a small child instead, but that sounded a bit far-fetched to me.

T’was probably looking for the Blarney Stone.

Well that reminds me of the old warning…never borrow money from a leprechaun because they’ll always be a little short. Of course if you crossed poison ivy with a four leaf clover you could get a rash of good luck. So thanks for turning the Celery Farm into a funny farm for just one day!
