New Raptor Protection in the Meadowlands

Methane flame in Meadowlands

Jim O'Neill of  The Record has an article today about the new measures that the NJ Sports and Exposition Authority is taking to prevent raptors from getting singed by a mostly invisible methane flame from a closed landfill along Disposal Road.

It has been a problem for quite some time.
