Third-graders at the Hillside School in Allendale  saw history reenacted on Monday at the John Fell House when British loyalists stormed the Fells' front door and carted away the famous patriot.

A good time was had by all, except the Fell family, of course.

The students later met the re-enactors from Heard's Brigade and learned more about local history and the Fell House.
