Birding Crestwood Lake
Now that Allendale's Crestwood Lake has been drained for the winter, I've started birding there a couple of times a week.
In the past week I have seen 10 Killdeer, several (likely Least) Sandpipers, a Green Heron, two Great Egrets and a Great Blue Heron in the lake area. Plus an occasional raptor and some dicky birds.
