I've had a Red-breasted Nuthatch at my feeder this morning, visible from the trail as you walk in from Franklin Turnpike. He darts to feeder, grabs a seed and splits.
It's been a great autumn to see these guys. The last one I had in my yard was Oct. 18, 2012.
