With the constant rain, water is flowing over the trails and into Lake Appert in several places, including the Warden's Watch and the Pena Bench. It was also flowing into Lake Appert at the Spillway, where the water is supposed to drain out.

That's the path to the partly submerged Warden's Watch above. Pena Bench and nearby path are pictured below. That's as far I could get without a pair of muck boots.
