Bergen County Audubon had a great turnout for its annual New Year's Day walk, held this year at DeKorte Park.

Highlights for me were the awesome turnout of more than 60 people (many of whom are pictured above), a hard-to-spot Brown Creeper, a creepy doll's hand (really not that unusual in the Meadowlands), and more than 200 Canvasbacks in flight (below).
