Agree with Sassafras. Since the frog’s spots are squarish and arranged in parallel rows, I think it is a Pickerel Frog. A Leopard Frog’s spots are supposed to be roundish and randomly arranged, according to one reference I found on the internet. And apparently these similar-looking species can also be distinguished by their croaks and underbellies.
